Gina K. Designs June 2020 Release Blog Hop - Day 3

Good morning all! We are on the last day of the hop and today's focus will be on the June 2020 card kit Nature's Touch. It is temporary out of stock but more is on it's way!

I have to say that this kit is one of my favorites! It is amazing and you will have hours of stamping endless card creations. It features three stamp sets, a set of dies for one of the sets, a stencil and 8 sheets of card stock.

Let me show you the cards I created featuring this kit.

I did some ink blending on this one with Wild Dandelion, Orange Twist and Bubblegum Pink GKD inks. The birds were fussy cut and several Rainbow Hearts were added.

Even though there are coordinating dies for this set I still fussy cut the flower down to the black stamped line image and adhered it to the flower stem that was stamped on Sea Glass card stock. Flower was colored with Copic Markers. The Ornamental stencil included in the kit was ink blended with Black Onyx GKD ink. To finish off my card I added several Angel Aura Rhinestones.

Gina K. Designs June 2020 Release Blog Hop - Day 2

Hello and welcome back to Day 2 of the Gina K. Designs June 2020 release blog hop! You should have arrived here from Mindy Eggen's blog. We have so much in store for you today so let's get started!

We are starting off today showcasing two new sets illustrated by Emily Loggans called Baby Boy and Baby Girl. What I like about these two sets is that some of the sentiments in both sets are suitable for either a boy or girl.

Here are a couple cards I created with these sets.

I did some ink blending and I fussy cut the images for this card.

I ink blended the background using the GKD Art Deco stencil with Passionate Pink and Wild Lilac GKD inks. Rainbow Heart embellishments were added for a finishing touch.

Next up is Graceful Greenery illustrated by Hannah Drapinski. This one features a beautiful large floral frame image that may be colored, heat embossed or just left alone.

I did a bit of masking and just stamped the top portion of the floral frame, colored it with Zig Real Brush Markers and added several Rainbow Heart embellishments.

Lastly, Lisa Hetrick has an amazing set called Free To Flourish which includes a few florals, greenery and a large frame. So many possibilities with this one. Coordinating dies for this set may be purchased separately.

For my last card I cut strips of Sea Glass and Bubblegum Pink Card stock. I alternated the strips onto the top portion of my card panel, stamped a sentiment and added a colored die cut flower above and below the sentiment. Several Dazzling Diamond Rhinestones and a couple of black hearts were added for some sparkle.

Gina K. Designs June 2020 Release Blog Hop - Day 1

Hello everyone and welcome! I hope you all are staying healthy and practicing social distancing. It's been since February that Gina K. Designs had a release and the first week of March since we had our last blog hop. I know you all have been anticipating some new products after such a long break and we have plenty of new products and inspiration coming your way the next three days, so grab yourself a cup of coffee, sit back and enjoy the projects Gina K. and the design team have created.

To celebrate this new release a $50 GC will be awarded each day of the hop (a total of 3) for comments left on all the blogs. The more you comment the better chance of winning! The winners will chosen randomly and announced at Gina K. Designs several days after the hop.

Today we will be showcasing new sets by Melanie Muenchinger and Beth Silaika. First up we have Melanie's newest release called Macramade With Love. This set has coordinating dies that may be purchased separately.

Quick and simple card stamped with Navy Blue, Tranquil Teal and Passionate Pink GKD inks. I am a big fan of white card stock. Most of my cards feature white as the base of my cards.

Next up we have Let's Celebrate, a fun set for creating backgrounds for any occasion illustrated by Beth Silaika.

For this one I cut a mask with a circle die to create the balloons. I then ink blended several of the Electro Pop Neon inks, heavier towards the bottom for shadowing. I used a straight edge ruler to make the strings of the balloons and drew the little bows by hand. Black and white heart embellishments were added to complete my card.
